• Executing orders, liaise with the Sales Trader on the desk and ensure seamless execution.
• Understand derivatives market and arbitrage strategies; read the screen.
• Experience handling large-volume FA & RA mandates and arbitrage trading for institutional trading.
• Assist Sales Traders in managing large directional/arbitrage/rollover trades.
• Support in product research post market hours to identify better trading strategies and improve efficiency.
• Be tech-savvy with deep knowledge of algos.
• Deliver under tremendous pressure.
