Qualifications

The Insights Program Manager sits at the intersection of data, measurement strategy, andprogrammeleadership. This roleis responsible forhelping Scaled Insights understand whether ourprogrammesand interventions are working, why, and where to invest next. Combining analytical problem-solving, experimentation, andprogrammemanagement, the role transforms performance data into clear recommendations that drive customer adoption, business impact, and scalable solutions across Talent Solutions

Responsibilities

Measurement, experimentation, and insights

• Leverage LinkedIn's proprietary datasets to evaluateprogrammeperformance, customerbehaviour, adoption, and business impact.
• Design measurement strategies and experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, incrementality and causal measurement approaches, todeterminethe impact ofprogrammesand interventions.
• Write andoptimiseSQL queries to extract,analyse, and interpret data.
• Identifywhat is working, what is not, andwhy,translating performance results into evidence-based recommendations for leadership.
• Act as a thought leader on measurement methodologies,establishingbest practices and guiding teams towards rigorous, scalable approaches to evaluatingprogrammeimpact.

ProgrammeManagement & Strategic Execution

• Define and executeprogrammeroadmaps aligned to business priorities, ensuring clear success metrics, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Identifygaps in existing tools,programmes, and go-to-market motions,prioritiseopportunities, and drive alignment on strategic initiatives across stakeholder groups.
• Lead end-to-end delivery ofprogrammes, ensuring priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Translateprogrammeperformance and measurement results into recommendations on where to invest, scale,optimise,refineor retire initiatives.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to solve business challenges through insights and scalableprogrammes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and serve as a trusted advisor onprogrammestrategy and business priorities.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in clear business terms, influencing senior stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations.
• Partner across technical and business teams toestablishshared success measures and drive action based on performance insights.

Business Storytelling

• Develop compelling reporting and strategic narratives that translate complex analysis into clear business implications.
• Present findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create executive-ready insights that clearly articulate opportunities, risks, business impact, and recommended actions.

Data Quality & Operational Excellence

• Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting and insights.
• Document best practices, methodologies, and scalable approaches to insight generation andprogrammeexecution.
• Helpestablishrepeatable processes that improve efficiency, adoption, and business impact across teams.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience inprogrammemanagement, consulting, strategy, business operations, analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL toanalyselarge datasets and generate insights.
• 3+ years of experience in measurement strategy, experimentation, business impact evaluation, or causal analysis.
• 3+ years of experienceanalysingperformance data and translating complex findings into actionable business recommendation
• 3+years experienceleading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, ora related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience working in Customer Success, Sales Strategy, Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or Go-to-Marketorganisations.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Experience with Python, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
• Exccellentproblem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Capable of communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Possess business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
• Embrace intellectual curiosity with the desire & ability to learn
• Experience providing a business lens to analytical and technical problems
