Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking a senior insights leader to drive end-to-end Insights & Intelligence Tower, guiding growth through analytics and market intelligence.

You will lead a 40+ strong team, partner with senior clients, define vision and roadmap, and champion AI-enabled insights and self-service reporting. The role blends strategy, analytics, and governance for impact across sectors.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in Insights & Analytics, Consumer Insights, Commercial Intelligence, Revenue Growth Management, Research, Strategy, or Consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams (30+ members preferred).
• Hands-on exposure to BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, Hive, or similar tools.

• Drive commercial intelligence, forecasting, scenario modeling, competitive insights, and data-driven decision-making.
• Champion analytics innovation, automation, AI-enabled insights, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Govern business performance, risk management, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Your Profile

• 12-15+ years of experience in Insights & Analytics, Consumer Insights, Commercial Intelligence, Revenue Growth Management, Research, Strategy, or Consulting.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large multidisciplinary teams (30+ members preferred).
• Strong expertise in consumer/shopper insights, market intelligence, forecasting, commercial analytics, and research methodologies.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• Knowledge of pricing, elasticity, portfolio optimization, revenue growth management, and strategic analytics.
• Hands-on exposure to BI and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, Hive, or similar tools.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience in Tobacco, FMCG, CPG, Beverages, Consumer Healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
