Job summary

Adecco India is hiring for Experience Center Sales (Modular Interior Showroom Sales) in Coimbatore and Hyderabad. The role requires 2+ years in sales and involves guiding clients through the showroom, presenting modular interior solutions.

You will coordinate with design teams to prepare technical quotations and 3D renderings, manage leads to meet monthly targets, and be ready to travel for training in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in interior design, luxury furniture, or high-end retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with customers.
• Ability to explain materials, finishes, and deployment timelines clearly.
• Willingness to travel to Coimbatore for a 6-day training program.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and guide them through the showroom experience.
• Present customized interior packages and design philosophies to clients.
• Track and follow up with leads to maximize conversions and hit monthly targets.

Exp- 2+ yrs in sales

Ctc- 5-6 LPA Max.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Interaction: Warmly greet walk-in clients and provide an engaging, professional guided tour of
• the Experience Centre setup and product mockups.
• Sales Conversion: Thoroughly understand client floor plans and requirements to pitch appropriate,
• customized interior packages and design philosophies.
• Lead Management: Diligently track, manage, and follow up with prospective pipeline leads to maximize
• conversion rates and meet monthly sales goals.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate efficiently with the design engineering team to seamlessly present
• technical quotations and high-fidelity 3D renderings to the clients.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven track record of success within Interior Design sales, high-end Furniture showrooms, or Luxury Retail environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Strong technical familiarity to explain materials, finishes, mechanisms, and project deployment timelines clearly to customers.
• Complete readiness to travel to Coimbatore for the initial 6-day training curriculum.
