Job summary

NoBroker is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to handle voice-based sales interactions with potential customers, understanding their property needs and presenting rental, purchase, or sale options on our platform.

You will manage calls, build strong relationships, guide customers through the real estate journey, and work toward achieving sales targets while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Graduate (freshers or experienced) with good English communication.
• Regional language skills preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling.
• Comfortable in a targeted-driven environment.
