Job summary

GRPL India (Galaxy Resource Private Limited) is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for an Events Company in Lucknow. You will respond quickly to inquiries, present event packages, and send itemised quotations to potential clients.

You will negotiate within margins, book venues, coordinate vendors, and maintain the client relationship through delivery. The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a graduate degree, and comfort with targets during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Graduate; postgraduate preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales experience – events, weddings or hospitality is a plus.
• Own laptop is required.
• Polished phone manner and comfort with targets and peak-season hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and run disciplined follow-ups on every open lead.
• Recommend the right event package and send clear, itemised quotations.
• Negotiate within approved margins and close bookings on schedule.
• Book venues and coordinate decorators, caterers, photographers and other vendors.
• Remain the go-to contact for each client until the event is delivered.
• Log every enquiry and booking in the CRM and send a weekly pipeline summary.
