Job summary

Ameya Group in India is seeking an In Process Quality Control Executive to monitor quality during manufacturing. You will conduct inspections at various production stages and ensure products meet quality standards.

The role requires familiarity with QC tools, measurement instruments, MS Office, and strong attention to detail. Freshers can apply; a Diploma/B.Tech/ITI in relevant fields is preferred. Join a hands-on team on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of quality control tools and techniques.
• Understanding of inspection methods and standards.
• Familiarity with measurement instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections at various stages of production.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Monitor production activities to identify deviations and defects.
• Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
• Perform line clearance before production starts.
• Check raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods during production.
• Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for defects.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• Support audits (internal & external) and maintain compliance.
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of rejected materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
