Job summary

• Outbound management: picking, packing, dispatch, POD collection; filing and documentation; outbound report to customer on time.
• Inventory control: cycle count, perpetual count, monthly audit; sharing inventory reports with customer.
• Operational reviews with vendors and customers; reporting billing details & provisions; drive cost efficiency.
• Ensure HSSE, 5S, operating standards and QMS are consistently followed; pursue continuous improvement/Kaizen to reduce cycle time.

Job description

Specialist: Involves the application of specialist knowledge which may include providing specialist advice to employees, management, or customers, managing, or maintaining systems or processes or completing projects to develop or changing systems or processes as appropriate.

Responsible for complete warehouse operations Management which included Inbound Management ( Unloading, Checking & Segregation, Put away & storage , GRN in to system, filing & documentations and inbound report sharing with customer through team ), Outbound Management (Picking, Packing, dispatch, delivery, POD collection, filing & documentations and sending outbound report to customer on time through team), Inventory Control ( cycle count, perpetual count, monthly audit and sharing inventory report with customer.
Does the daily operational communication with the client, addressing all client requirements and concerns and providing cost effective solutions.
Responsible for conducting operational reviews with vendors and customers, providing billing details & provisions, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Responsible for ensuring HSSE, 5S, Operating Standards, Quality Management System are implemented and maintained consistently.
To work on continuous improvement/Kaizen to reduce operating cycle time by eliminating wastes.
Cost saving innovative process to be introduced and keep a tab on expenses and to provide cost saved data on monthly basis.
