Job summary

Geetanjali Plast Engineering in Maharashtra's Chakan region seeks a production supervisor to translate daily production plans into actionable on-the-floor activities. You will coordinate machines, moulds, and manpower in line with customer requirements and schedules.

You will monitor shift performance, ensure orders are completed on time, compare actual output with the plan, escalate delays to the Production Manager, and provide a clear handover with complete production status.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans as per customer requirements and production schedules.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned cycle time.
• Allocate machines, moulds, manpower and resources according to the production plan.
• Monitor machine-wise production throughout the shift.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Monitor actual production against planned production.
• Escalate production constraints and delays to the Production Manager.
• Ensure proper shift handover with complete production status.
