Job summary

Doehler is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant/architect with 8-10 years of proven success in SAP FI/CO, S/4HANA implementations, and strong leadership capabilities. The candidate will drive configuration, customization, and integration across FI/CO modules and related processes, coordinating with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with AR, AP, Intercompany, and CO processes, plus FI interfaces and integration testing.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of SAP FICO consulting/architecting experience with successful project implementations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI and CO, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities with strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Experience in S/4HANA implementations.
• Expertise in AR, AP, FI, Intercompany and CO processes.
• Experience with FI interfaces and integration testing.
• Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall).
• SAP certifications in Finance or related modules are a plus.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into effective SAP FICO solutions.
• Proven track record of successful S/4 HANA implementation projects.
• Expertise in Account Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Finance (FI), Inter Company and Controlling (CO) processes.
• Expertise in FI Interfaces and Integration testing.
• Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• SAP certifications in relevant Finance or related modules are a plus.
• Experience with Lean IX and Signavio.
