Job summary

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of VPN tunnels, SFTP endpoints, and basic AWS networking components;
- Support EHR customer integrations, including connectivity setup, tunnel monitoring, and basic documentation;
- Monitor and respond to incidents, participating in scheduled on-call rotations;
- Support infrastructure operations in AWS using Terraform, GitLab, and Docker/Kubernetes;
- Assist in CI/CD pipeline execution and infrastructure deployments;
- Collaborate with global team members and follow documented operational procedures;
- Adhere to HIPAA, GDPR, and internal security compliance standards.

MUST HAVES

- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, IT infrastructure, or system administration roles;
- Working knowledge of AWS networking, VPNs (IPsec), VPCs, routing, and security groups;
- Basic experience with SFTP configuration and troubleshooting connectivity issues;
- Ability to follow structured procedures and respond effectively to alerts and incidents;
- Familiarity with Terraform, GitLab, Docker, and/or Kubernetes;
- Comfortable working in a distributed team and communicating technical issues clearly;
- Awareness of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR preferred);
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Exposure to EHR systems like Mirth or IRIS;
- Experience supporting external enterprise clients or customer IT teams;
- Background in healthcare or other regulated environments;
- Basic scripting for automation and troubleshooting (e.g., Bash, Python).
