Job summary

Fiserv India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking an Infrastructure Engineering Specialist to oversee design, implementation, and optimization of critical infrastructure. You will lead a team, tackle complex infrastructure challenges, and ensure seamless integration of systems that power our fintech operations.

You will work across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and security hardening, with focus on reliability, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of infrastructure design and management.
• 2+ years of experience with network management.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 2+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 2+ years of experience in performance tuning and security.
• 4+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure architecture with enterprise goals.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
