Responsibilities

Advanced Infrastructure Development: As an Infrastructure & DevOps Consultant specializing in OpenShift, Linux, CI/CD, Containers, and Kubernetes, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions. You will leverage industry standards and employ the latest tools and methodologies to ensure our systems are both innovative and robust.
Champion of DevOps Culture: Your interest in software technology drives you to embody the idea of DevOps. You are committed to advancing automation within the development team, contributing significantly to our “Continuous Everything” philosophy. Your expertise helps us transcend traditional development and operational challenges, optimizing our processes through the strategic implementation of DevOps practices.
Agile Team Collaboration: As a vital “Ops” component in our DevOps framework, you will integrate with agile SCRUM teams seamlessly. From initial requirements gathering through to development and production integration, your role is pivotal in transforming ideas into high-quality deliverables.
Innovative Problem Solving: You embrace a fail-fast approach, swiftly iterating through ideas to validate concepts and engage team members with innovative solutions. Qualifications

Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in technical roles.
Consulting Expertise: Proven ability to design and propose innovative and competitive technical solutions that secure client endorsement. Strong track record in the successful implementation of project agreements and delivering client-focused results.
Technical Proficiency:

Infrastructure Implementation: Extensive experience in building and managing sophisticated IT infrastructure.
Linux Systems: Proficient with Linux distributions such as RedHat and SuSE Linux, including the use of RedHat Satellite and IDM for system integration.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Practical experience with tools like Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes, Chef, and Terraform.
CI/CD Systems: In-depth knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines using tools such as OpenShift, Jenkins, Maven, ANT, Grunt, GIT, Nexus, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and GitHub Actions.
Containerization and Orchestration: Skilled in deploying and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Docker Swarm, Docker Compose, and advanced management tools like Istio and Helm.
Cloud Technologies: Experience managing cloud solutions across platforms such as AWS and Azure, particularly in IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, and SaaS environments. Familiarity with serverless technologies like AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.

Monitoring and Operations: Proficiency in using modern monitoring tools and operational frameworks such as NewRelic, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Splunk, Graylog, and advanced tools like Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring and metrics.
Software Development and Delivery: Familiarity with modern development and test automation frameworks, as well as progressive delivery techniques like canary deployments, feature flags, and A/B testing facilitated by tools such as LaunchDarkly and Spinnaker.
