Synechron Bengaluru seeks a skilled infrastructure automation engineer to drive automation for certification, plant management, and API-driven on-demand infrastructure. You will implement Python and Ansible solutions, work with F5 load balancers, and engage with internal clients to capture requirements and deliver robust architectures.

The role emphasizes automation, networking, and distributed web app environments on Linux, with collaboration across teams to meet evolving business needs.

Formación

• Experience automating infrastructure setup, configuration or management using Ansible, Python, shell or scripting languages.
• Expertise with F5 LTM/GTM load-balancer configuration and APIs (TMSH, iControl, iRules).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, SSL).
• Experience with distributed web applications and underlying infrastructure.
• Comfortable on a Linux-based command line.

Descripción del empleo

The role involves:

• Implementing automation for certification and plant management using Python and Ansible
• Extending and integrating APIs to provide infrastructure-on-demand
• Performing and automating lab-based testing as part of new hardware and software certification
• Communicating with internal clients and stakeholders to identify new business requirements and design well architected solutions that meet their needs

Skills Required

• Experience automating repetitive tasks related to installation, configuration or management of infrastructure using Ansible, Python, shell or other scripting/programming language
• Expertise with F5 LTM & GTM load-balancer configuration and APIs (TMSH, iControl and iRules)
• A firm understanding of networking concepts & protocols at all layers: TCP/IP, BGP, HTTP, SSL etc…
• Experience with distributed web applications and knowledge of their underlying infrastructure
• Comfort working with a Linux-based command line

Skills Desired

• Experience with other programming languages
• Hands-on experience deploying & configuring other network infrastructure (Cisco, Arista, etc…)
• Experience with the Infoblox suite of DNS and DHCP products
• Knowledge of virtualized and containerized infrastructure
• Understanding of software version control, deployment & build tools and SDLC practices
• Recognised industry certifications from F5, Cisco and other vendors
