Job summary

Komplytek seeks a seasoned Infrastructure Architect with 12+ years of overall experience and at least 5 years in infrastructure architecture. The role focuses on compute, storage, network, data center design and hybrid cloud strategies to deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions.

Preferred banking-domain experience and certifications such as CCIE, VMware, TOGAF, and OEM Infrastructure Certifications enhance the candidate profile. Navi Mumbai-based position with on-site work.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MSc in CS/IT/EC is mandatory.
• 12+ years total experience with minimum 5 years in infra architecture (banking domain preferred).
• Experience in compute, storage, network, data center design and cloud/hybrid infra.
• Ability to deliver scalable, secure, compliant enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise infrastructure solutions across compute, storage, and network layers.
• Lead data center design, migration, and optimization for scalability and cost efficiency.

• Ensure disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with enterprise goals.
• Utilize EA tools (Mega Hopex, ABACUS) for modeling and compliance.
