Qualifications

• 12+ years total experience in software/IT

Responsibilities

• Architect and evaluate reference architectures for enterprise applications
• Ensure enterprise-wide adoption and compliance with architecture standards
• Lead design and delivery of Java/.NET middleware and modern UI frameworks
• Drive multi-platform mobile app development (Flutter, IBM MEA/Kony)
• Integrate LLM-based RAG systems, Vector DBs, and semantic search
• Apply UML design principles and coding standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals
• Train teams and mentor developers
