Job summary

데이터 센터 규모의 1000+대 서버를 유지하며 보안 정책 준수 및 서비스 품질을 보장합니다. 협력사와의 운영 회의, 로그 검토, 백업 검증 등으로 장애를 최소화합니다.

Qualifications

• Windows 및 Linux 시스템 관리 경험이 필요합니다.
• VMware에 대한 노출과 이해가 필요합니다.
• ITIL 인증 보유 또는 동등한 IT 서비스 관리 지식이 선호됩니다.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with vendors to manage windowsserver environment and responsible for planning and delivery of solutions and services for Linux and Windows/ESX environment.
• Should have exposure in managing servers hosted in data center's ( 1000+ ... )
• Ensure all services are delivered as per agreed SLAs/OLAs, quality and scope
• Perform change / problem /incident management as per ITIL process
• Individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies.
• Strong design level knowledge of hardware, RAID solutions and designing high available Clustered environments
• Maintain and develop installation, operational and configurable procedures.
• Have regular operational calls with the vendor to proactively identify any issues in the operating environment.
• Individual will work closely with vendors in performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Work closely with the vendors / partners to make sure all servers are compliant to organizational security policies.
• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning Work with IT vendors and partners to optimize service levels and improve performance
• Expertise knowledge to validate solutions provided by vendors/partners to achieve sustainable environment
• Participate as a key member of the delivery to ensure vendors are equipped with required information to deliver daily operations

Core Technical Skills that are a MUST

• Windows and Linux operating system administration
• Exposure to VMware

Certifications

• ITIL Certified
• MCSE – Server Infrastructure Certified

Qualifications

• B.E. or MCA
