Job summary

mokshaallc is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to drive end-to-end program delivery, P&L ownership, process improvement, and scalable operations as the company grows in India.

You will partner with senior leadership to set strategic direction, manage budgets and performance metrics, strengthen client relationships (including US engagements), and translate business priorities into repeatable, measurable processes.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in program/delivery management or operations within IT services.
• Experience with US client engagements or US-based processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to work with leadership, clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, client satisfaction and business objectives.
• Establish and improve processes, SOPs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Manage program-level financial performance including budgets, margins, resource utilization and cost optimization.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business reviews and new programs or service enhancements.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships with clear communication and accountable delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to work closely with senior leadership and drive program delivery, operational efficiency, and business performance as the company scales.

This role combines program delivery, P&L ownership, process improvement, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate can bring structure to evolving environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business priorities into scalable processes and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in program management, delivery management, or operations within the IT or technology services industry.
• Prior experience managing US client engagements, US business processes, or service delivery for the US market, with an understanding of client expectations and operating practices.
• Strong understanding of service delivery, client management, operational processes, and program governance.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, margins, or commercial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and implement processes that improve efficiency and accountability.
• A hands-on, adaptable approach to working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
