Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware (TV, Tablets, Interactive Panels, etc.), software licenses, and related services.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, pricing, and SLAs with vendors and service providers.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and other internal departments to forecast needs and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics impacting procurement decisions.
• Manage the procurement-to-pay cycle for IT purchase order releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPSM, ITIL) are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, preferably in mid-to-large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of IT products and services including hardware, software licensing, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
