Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking an experienced Senior IT Applications Engineer to optimize and integrate IT applications such as Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Zoom. You will own identity management processes, RBAC controls, and automated workflows to improve onboarding and access reviews.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable cloud productivity tools and support enterprise IT initiatives in a fast‑growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering IT applications.
• Expertise in Okta, Intune, JAMF, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, and AzureAD.
• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management and RBAC.
• Proven ability to automate processes and integrate IT applications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize core IT applications including Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and Zoom.
• Implement and maintain integrations, automations, and workflows across IT applications.
• Support and improve automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage identity and access across IT applications, including RBAC.
• Conduct periodic user and admin access reviews and participate in HIPAA and PCI audits.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support to the IT Helpdesk and resolve complex issues independently.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Applications Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT applications, ensuring seamless integration, automation, and workflow improvements.

Core focus:

• Okta Workflows, SSO, SCIM and API integrations
• IAM and enterprise IT applications
• Automating manual processes with reliable workflows and scripts
• Connecting SaaS platforms such as Slack, Google Drive, DocuSign and PagerDuty

Key Responsibilities:
