Job summary

Snapmint seeks an IT Admin in Mumbai to own day-to-day IT support, endpoint management, and asset operations across the office. You will ensure secure and reliable technology for staff, drive timely issue resolution and maintain policy compliance.

The role requires 1–4 years in IT support, hands-on JumpCloud MDM, Kaspersky Antivirus, Safetica DLP, and strong Windows/macOS/Linux skills with ITIL experience. Work from Office – 5 days per week, coordinating with procurement and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT and 1–4 years of IT support/administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with JumpCloud MDM, Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and basic Linux, plus ITIL v3/v4 processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT support, endpoint management and asset operations for Mumbai offices.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management and compliance across sites.
• Administer JumpCloud MDM, antivirus, DLP and patching dashboards for security.
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory and JumpCloud; provide L1/L2 support.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance and vendors for asset repairs and audits.
• Document IT processes and ensure security/data-protection standards.

The Role

Own day-to-day IT support, endpoint management, and asset operations across the Mumbai offices, ensuring secure and reliable technology for employees. Drive timely issue resolution, device compliance, and IT service continuity while maintaining strong operational and security standards.

What You Own

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including physical verification, reconciliation, tagging, disposal, and audits.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring policy enforcement, updates, device compliance, and security.
• Administer Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, monitor security and patching dashboards, and support vulnerability management.
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and JumpCloud.
• Provide L1/L2 desktop support across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, resolving hardware, software, network, email, and VPN issues.
• Maintain IT documentation, support ITIL processes, and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendors for asset management, audits, repairs, and IT operations.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 1–4 years of IT support management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with JumpCloud MDM, Kaspersky Antivirus, Safetica DLP, endpoint security, patch management, and device compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
• Experience with Jira or ManageEngine ServiceDesk and familiarity with JumpCloud identity and user management.
• Working knowledge of LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP, VPN, and ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and vendor coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Good to Have

• Experience with Sophos Firewall and vulnerability management.
• Basic Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
