Job summary

Snapmint seeks an exceptional individual to join the Founder's Office and work directly with a founder on priority initiatives. You will be at the center of high-impact decision-making, solving ambiguous problems and ensuring execution stays on track across teams.

This role offers exposure across the business and is designed as a fast-track path toward owning a business line in time.

Qualifications

• B.Tech and MBA from premier institutes.
• 3–6 years of experience in top-tier consulting, startups, or similar environments.
• Bias for action, high ownership, and strong execution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to improve execution, automate workflows, and solve business problems.
• Comfortable operating in a high-intensity environment, including late evenings/weekends.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under high stakes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with one of the founders to support key business priorities.
• Track and steer ongoing projects, flagging risks and blockers early.
• Conduct research, build frameworks, and structure analysis to inform decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Operations, Finance, and other teams to keep priorities moving.
• Build and maintain trackers/dashboards for key metrics and timelines.
