Job summary

Snapmint, headquartered in Mumbai with offices in Jaipur, is hiring an IT Admin in Jaipur to maintain asset inventory, manage endpoints via JumpCloud, and enforce security. The role covers L1/L2 desktop support across Windows/macOS, endpoint security (Kaspersky, Safetica), AD and JumpCloud accounts, ITIL processes, and coordinating with vendors to keep IT operations reliable.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years experience in IT support/ops, a CS/IT degree, and familiarity with VPN, networking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field with 1–4 years of IT support management or IT operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with MDM, particularly JumpCloud, along with endpoint security, patch management, device compliance, and access control.
• Strong desktop support and troubleshooting experience across Windows and macOS, with working knowledge of common business applications.
• Experience with Kaspersky Antivirus, Safetica DLP, ticketing systems such as Jira or ManageEngine ServiceDesk, and identity/user management.
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts including LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, VPN, and ITILbased Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and vendor coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including physical verification, reconciliation, tagging, disposal, and audit coordination.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through JumpCloud MDM, ensuring security policies, updates, device compliance, and access controls are consistently enforced.
• Administer endpoint security solutions including Kaspersky Antivirus and Safetica DLP, while monitoring patching, security, and compliance status.
• Deliver L1/L2 desktop and IT support across Windows, macOS, and basic Linux, resolving hardware, software, network, email, VPN, and access-related issues.
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and JumpCloud, while maintaining IT documentation and supporting ITIL processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and finance teams and escalate critical incidents when required to maintain reliable and secure IT operations.
