The Technology Data Innovation (TDI) Chief Security Office (CSO) comprises both Corporate Security and Information Security. We run security operations globally to protect the bank’s people, infrastructure, processes, and information.
CSO Information Security Production Services (ISPS) Control Governance role leads Control Governance activities, within the CSO/ISPS, which performs Identity & Access (I&A) Operations and own the related Policy Controls. You will drive compliance assurance for I&A Policy Controls by performing essential governance activities, including Control Compliance and Reporting. This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders such as Control Owners, Capability Owners, and Senior Management.
You will be responsible for ensuring Control Articulation is current, self-explanatory, and provides detailed implementation guidance. Acting as a crucial liaison between I&A Control Owners and the CSO-level Control Framework Owner, you will ensure adherence to Framework requirements. This role reports to the CSO/ISPS Governance Head and requires regular and ad-hoc reporting.
Governance and Control conducts proactive Information Security (IS) controls assess ability and applicability reviews for the emerging technologies to design adaptable IS assessment framework to appropriately assess the security requirement for relevant applications and infrastructures. This role will be responsible for documenting and defining the new business requirements, enhancements, and security requirements for our GRC platform. They will work directly with stakeholders across business and technology to determine the best solutions to achieve efficiency and improve effectiveness in our risk and compliance assessment tool.
