Job summary

Genpact information security team seeks a senior Information Security Analyst specializing in Saviynt IAM to lead provisioning and governance across the enterprise. The role covers IGA, access lifecycle automation, and AD to Entra ID transformation in a Pan India context.

The candidate will drive least privilege, Zero Trust, and collaborate with engineering, cloud, and GRC teams, with an MST shift from 5:30 pm to 2 am and an 8–12 year track record.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Identity Security, IAM, and IGA.
• Hands-on experience with an IGA platform (Saviynt preferred).
• Experience with AD to Entra ID migrations.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and hybrid identity.
• Ability to assess risk and drive remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity provisioning and lifecycle management (Joiner/Mover/Leaver)
• Design and manage IGA workflows for access requests and provisioning
• Define and maintain entitlement and role models
• Support AD Entra ID migration in hybrid environments
• Reduce over-provisioning and access sprawl

Overview

We are seeking a senior Identity Security professional to lead and optimize identity

provisioning and governance across the enterprise. This role focuses on Identity

Governance & Administration (IGA), access lifecycle automation, and Active Directory to

Microsoft Entra ID transformation.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindsetable

to simplify complex identity challenges, build scalable provisioning processes, and partner

effectively across teams.
