Job summary

SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Saviynt Architect to design and implement enterprise IGA solutions using Saviynt EIC. You will lead architecture, integrations with AD, Entra ID, SAP and more, and govern lifecycle and compliance processes.

You will drive secure auth, federation, SoD controls, and audit readiness while mentoring the IAM team and ensuring operational excellence across platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IAM/IGA with Saviynt EIC architecture.
• Experience with enterprise API integrations and connectors.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and federation technologies.
• Strong RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and access review concepts.
• Proficient with SQL and PowerShell; familiarity with Java/JS.

Responsibilities

• Design Saviynt solution architecture, technical standards and roadmaps.
• Architect integrations with AD, Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow, databases and cloud platforms.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, SCIM, JSON, XML and event-driven interfaces.
• Implement secure authentication and federation technologies (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
• Design identity lifecycle processes: provisioning, certifications, SoD, audits.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into IAM solutions.
• Prepare architecture docs, interfaces, SOPs, runbooks and support docs.
• Collaborate with validation/compliance to meet GxP, SOX, ISO 27001.

Role: Senior Saviynt Architect

Location: PAN India

Role Overview

The Senior Saviynt Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud. The role serves as the technical lead for identity governance architecture, integrations, lifecycle management, compliance, and operational excellence while collaborating with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Saviynt solution architecture, technical standards, reusable patterns, roadmaps, and lifecycle planning.
• Architect and oversee integrations with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, HR systems, SAP, ServiceNow, databases, cloud platforms, PAM solutions, and custom applications.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, SCIM, JSON, XML, web services, database/file connectors, and event-driven interfaces.
• Implement secure authentication and federation technologies including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, certificates, and API-based integrations.
• Design and review identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, reconciliation, access requests, certifications, role management, segregation of duties (SoD), and audit controls.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
• Prepare architecture documents, functional specifications, interface mappings, SOPs, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Collaborate with validation and compliance teams to ensure adherence to GxP, SOX, ISO 27001, cybersecurity, and audit requirements.
• Act as the primary technical SME for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Mentor team members through technical reviews, best practices, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Drive platform optimization, automation, disaster recovery, performance tuning, observability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IAM/IGA experience with strong hands-on expertise in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) architecture and implementation.
• Experience in enterprise integrations across APIs, connectors, authentication methods, and multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of:

• Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar technologies.
• Saviynt certifications are preferred.
