Job summary

MASTEK in Chennai seeks an Offshore MDM Support Lead to oversee day-to-day support operations for MDM, CDI, and CDQ applications.

You will coordinate offshore support analysts, manage incident/problem/change processes, monitor data quality, and prepare status reports for stakeholders. Strong ITIL background and hands-on MDM experience are essential.

You will collaborate with onsite SMEs and business users to ensure SLAs are met and improvements are implemented.
