Job Openings Informatica MDM Senior Engineer | Exp: 3-5years (Remote)

Responsibilities

1. Advanced Technical Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in Informatica MDM and related technologies. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and system errors. Provide in-depth technical guidance to junior support engineers. Manage and prioritize support incidents and service requests. Track, document, and report on issue resolution progress. Ensure timely and effective resolution of critical issues.


2. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze Informatica MDM system performance. Implement performance-tuning strategies to optimize data management processes. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks.


3. Client Communication: Maintain close communication with clients to understand their MDM support needs and priorities. Provide timely updates on incident status and resolution. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.


4. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, troubleshooting procedures, and issue resolutions. Develop knowledge base articles for common MDM issues and solutions.


5. Change Management: Plan and execute changes and enhancements to the Informatica MDM system following established change management processes. Perform impact analysis and risk assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and data stewards, to address MDM-related issues and requirements. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide technical insights and recommendations.


6. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices and quality control measures to ensure data accuracy, data governance, and data security within the MDM system. Conduct data validation checks and audits.
