Job summary

Mastek in Chennai is seeking an Offshore MDM Support Analyst to provide Level 2/3 support for Informatica MDM, monitor data quality, and help maintain platform stability.

You will investigate incidents, analyze data issues, and collaborate with CDI and CDQ teams to resolve problems, while documenting procedures and supporting change requests. Strong SQL and governance knowledge is preferred.

• Work with CDI and CDQ teams for issue resolution.


• Document support procedures and knowledge articles.

Required Skills

• Experience with Informatica MDM.


• Understanding of master data concepts and governance.


• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.


• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Informatica IDMC CDI.


• Familiarity with cloud data integration concepts.
