Job summary

Synopsys is seeking a Software Development, Sr Associate to join the Enterprise Data Management team in Bengaluru. You will design, develop, and support Informatica MDM solutions that ensure trusted master data across enterprise systems and enable AI-driven automation to accelerate digital transformation.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions, improve data quality, and support data governance and enterprise architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Informatica MDM development and support.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts including Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, Data Modeling, Data Quality Management.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Programming experience in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and support Informatica MDM solutions.
• Configure and maintain MDM functionalities including Match/Merge, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchies, and Data Models.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and integrations.
• Support data quality management, governance, and master data initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve MDM, integration, and data quality issues.
• Develop and support ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, IDMC, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective data solutions.
• Contribute to AI/GenAI-driven automation and data management initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance data accuracy, operational efficiency, and system performance.
