Job summary

Acesoft Labs in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Infor/Workbrain Developer to lead implementations and configurations for INFOR WFM WorkBrain across versions 2022/230424.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design custom reports, interfaces and integrations, and ensure successful lifecycle implementation or upgrade.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infor/Workbrain modules: Time & Attendance, Labour Forecast, Schedule Optimization, Schedule Fairness, Shifts, Time off requests, Shift trades, Employee availability, Labor budgeting.
• Lead or participate in implementation and configuration projects.
• Analyze and document behavior of custom code for requirements gathering.
• Develop reports, interfaces and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases and data for client approvals.
• Support full lifecycle implementation or upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate in the implementation and configuration of INFOR WFM (WorkBrain) versions 2022/230424 to meet client requirements.
• Understand core WorkBrain modules: Time and Attendance, Labor Forecast and Schedule Optimization, Schedule Fairness, Fixed Shifts, Schedule an Event, Time off Request, Shift Trade, Employee Borrow, Employee Availability and Labor Budgeting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Develop custom reports, interfaces and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Analyze custom code and document behavior for requirements gathering phase.
• Transition with client requirements, prepare detailed test scenarios and test data for client approval.
• Possess knowledge of full lifecycle implementation and/or upgrade.

• 6+ years of experience as an Infor/Workbrain Developer
  

/ Techno Functional consultant.

• Lead/Worked on the implementation and configuration of
  

INFOR WFM (WorkBrain) 2022/230424 versions to meet client specific
requirements.

• Understanding of core WorkBrain modules - Time and
  

Attendance, Labor Forecast and Schedule Optimization, Schedule Fairness,
Fixed Shifts, Schedule an Event, Time off Request, Shift Trade, Employee
Borrow, Employee Availability and Labor Budgeting.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business
