Job summary

Confluencr - Global Influencer Marketing Agency in Bengaluru is seeking an influencer operations professional. You will own end-to-end influencer campaigns, engage creators for timely deliverables, and continuously refine workflows to enhance efficiency.

The role requires a strong focus on execution, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze performance data to drive improvements. Onsite work at Bommanahalli, Bangalore, with a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.

• Influencer Campaign Management : Take ownership of end-to-end influencer campaigns-from planning and execution to tracking and optimization-ensuring seamless operations throughout.
• Creator Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure smooth onboarding, timely deliverables, and high-quality content creation.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Data Dive: Analyze performance metrics across campaigns, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to achieve campaign goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align operational goals and ensure smooth execution without direct brand-side communication.
