Job summary

Likewize seeks an experienced Infios WMS Technical Lead to steer design, configuration, and integration of our warehouse management platform from Chennai. You will drive technical specifications, support essential warehouse processes, and collaborate with ERP/TMS teams and partners to deliver stable, scalable WMS solutions.

You will mentor teammates, handle incident resolution, and ensure production readiness through go‑live and hypercare phases.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in WMS, supply chain technology, or enterprise application delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Infios / Körber / HighJump WMS.
• Strong experience with Advantage Architect, Page Editor, Bartender (label design), and SSRS (report development).
• Experience working in global or multi‑region warehouse environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and techno‑functional solution design for Infios WMS.
• Configure and support WMS workflows, RF processes, labels, reports, and warehouse transactions.
• Support core warehouse processes including receiving, putaway, replenishment, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and value‑added services.
• Own technical specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, and support runbooks.
• Work with integration teams on interfaces between WMS, ERP, TMS, automation, carriers, 3PLs, and partner systems.
• Support API, middleware, EDI/file‑based, and event‑driven integrations.
• Perform SQL‑based troubleshooting, data validation, issue analysis, and root cause investigation.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, mock cutovers, go‑live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide SME‑level support for complex production issues and guide L2 support teams.
• Drive incident resolution, RCA, corrective actions, release readiness, and production stability.
• Partner with business users, warehouse operations, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across support and delivery teams.

What This Role Is All About

Core Areas:

• Strong hands‑on experience withInfios / Körber / HighJump WMS.
• Hands‑on experience using Advantage Architect and Page Editor to design, develop, and deploy business requirement changes
• Hands‑on experience with Bartender (label) & SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) design , development, and maintenance to support warehouse and operational printing /reports requirements.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics, and distribution centre processes.
• Experience in WMS configuration, workflow design, RF transactions, labels, reports, and operational controls.
• Strong SQL skills for troubleshooting, data analysis, and production issue resolution.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, carrier, 3PL, automation, and partner integrations.
• Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, EDI/file-based integrations, data mapping, and interface troubleshooting.
• Experience in WMS implementations, enhancements, production support, go‑live, and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change, release, and service management processes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in WMS, supply chain technology, warehouse operations, or enterprise application delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Infios / Körber / HighJump WMS.
• Strong experience with Advantage Architect, Page Editor, Bartender (label design), and SSRS (report development).
• Experience working in global or multi‑region warehouse and distribution environments are preferred.
• Experience with Boomi, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms is an added advantage.
• ITIL, supply chain, or WMS‑related certifications are preferred.
