Job summary

Dassault Systèmes invites an Industry Process Consultant to join the CATIA Hub Team in Pune or Bengaluru, India. You will work on global projects to build Digital Twins of products and plants, using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, and interact with customers to tailor solutions.

You will gain exposure to DELMIA Digital Manufacturing, MBOM, Process Plans and Work Instructions, and collaborate with global clients. Expect travel and continuous learning in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with CATIA/DELMIA tools.
• Knowledge of DELMIA Digital Manufacturing concepts and workflows.
• Experience creating MBOM, Process Plans and Work Instructions using DELMIA.
• Familiarity with Factory Flow Simulation on 3DEXPERIENCE for throughput optimization.
• Offline Programming & Robotic Simulation with DELMIA.
• Ergonomic Analysis using DELMIA.
• Experience with Virtual Commissioning / PLCs is a plus.
• Time & Motion study knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on or conceptual experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is advantageous.
• Programming or scripting knowledge and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication, customer focus, and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on global projects to build Digital Twins of products or plants across industries.
• Develop hands‑on expertise with applications available on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
• Understand customer business processes and requirements to design and implement tailored solutions.
• Configure and demonstrate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and global clients to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Continuously learn and apply new skills in Knowledge-Based Engineering, design automation, and digital manufacturing.
• Be prepared to travel internationally to support project activities on‑site.

Qualification

• 5-7 years of experience in using tools like CATIA, DELMIA
• Know‑how of DELMIA Digital Manufacturing concepts and workflows
• Knowledge of creating MBOM, Process Plans and Work Instructions using DELMIA
• Knowledge of using Factory Flow Simulation, on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, for optimizing throughput of a production line by evaluating effect of changes in factory layout, number of resources, number of equipment etc.
• Knowledge of doing Offline Programming & Robotic Simulation using DELMIA
• Knowledge of doing Ergonomic Analysis using DELMIA
• Knowledge of Virtual Commissioning , PLCs using any Process Simulation Tools is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Time & Motion study would be an added advantage
• Hands‑on or conceptual experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of a scripting or programming language.
• Strong analytical thinking to understand customer processes and craft effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, a learning mindset, customer focus, and readiness to take initiative.
• Engineering degree (any discipline), with the ability and willingness to work independently, travel globally, and adapt to new challenges.
