NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead discovery, capture requirements, and drive IT transformation projects. You will run workshops with Risk, Compliance, and IT stakeholders, analyze RSA Archer environments, and define the future state with clear acceptance criteria.

The role requires extensive experience with RSA Archer and ServiceNow IRM, plus proven agile delivery and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 2.1+ in a related discipline; Masters a plus.
• 7–10+ years as a Business Analyst on IT transformation projects.
• Hands-on RSA Archer configuration, workflows, data structures, questionnaires, reporting, integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) GRC modules.
• Experience in GRC platform migration, preferably RSA Archer and ServiceNow IRM.
• Track record of delivering complex projects through agile processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with data migration and technology teams to map business requirements to the delivery plan.
• Define business rules, workflow requirements, approval mechanisms, notifications and access controls for the new platform.
• Develop and coordinate end-to-end testing covering functional requirements, migrated data, integrations and permissions.
• Maintain RAID logs, track decisions and manage risks and scope changes.

Senior Business Analyst

• Lead business discovery, gathering and documentation of requirements
• Lead workshops with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT and other relevant stakeholder to understand existing processes and business requirements
• Analyse current state Archer environment, including applications, workflows, data models, integrations, reports, controls etc
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability
• Collaborate with data migration and technology teams to ensure business requirements are mapped accurately as part of the overall strategic delivery plan
• Define business rules, workflow requirements, approval mechanisms, notifications, reporting requirements, roles, and access controls for the new platform
• Develop and co-ordinate end-to-end testing covering functional requirements, migrated data, integrations, workflows, reports and access permissions
• Maintain RAID logs, manage requirements dependencies, track decisions and proactively escape risks, issues and scope changes.

Key requirements -

• 2.1 or higher in a related discipline from an academic institution; Masters a plus
• 7-10+ years experience as a Business Analyst on complex IT transformation and enterprise application implementation projects
• Hands on experience with RSA Archer, including application configration, workflows, data structures, questionnaires, reporting and integrations
• Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) GRC, including risk management, policy and compliance management, audit management, Third Party Risk Management or other relevant modules
• Experience in GRC platform migration, preferably with experience in RSA Archer and ServiceNow IRM
• Track record of delivering complex projects through agile process
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
