Responsibilities

• Design and Development:Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNowCore Platform solutions. Customize core capabilites such as Quality Code tool, global tables etc. .
• Collaboration and Customization:Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system requirements.Customize the platform to meet business needs.
• Scripting and Automation:Develop and implement scripts on the ServiceNowplatform to automate tasks.Integrate with external systems.
• System Maintenance and Performance:Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of theServiceNowplatform.Monitor system performance, implement performance tuning, and conduct system upgrades.
• Release Management:Manage theServiceNowrelease cycle, including deployment planning and execution.
• Support and Troubleshooting:Provide advanced support forServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Best Practices and Security:Maintain a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNowbest practices, processes, and security protocols.
• Mentorship and Guidance:Mentor junior engineers.Provide guidance on best practices inServiceNowdevelopment and configuration.
• Continuous Learning and Evaluation:Stay current with the latest updates and features inServiceNow.Evaluate how new updates and features could benefit the organization

We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

This SeniorIRMEngineer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing the Core Platform of ServiceNow to enhance our business processes and improve service delivery.
