Job summary

Groww is seeking a hands-on finance assistant to support day-to-day accounting and month-end close in Bengaluru. You will prepare reconciliations, drive timely reporting, and maintain accurate records for internal reviews and audits.

The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to resolve finance queries and to execute core accounting processes during a 12-month engagement. On-site role based in Bengaluru with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day accounting and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare reconciliations, reports, and supporting documents for audits and financial reviews.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Work with different teams to collect information and resolve finance-related queries.
• Support the team in executing key finance and accounting processes.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support the team wherever required.
