Job summary

Sai Placement seeks a highly experienced engineer with 15+ years of hands-on work in iron casting foundries (Grey/Ductile iron). The candidate should have BE/BTech in Mechanical/Industrial/Metallurgical engineering and be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Deep expertise in iron metallurgy, no-bake molding systems, spectrometer analysis, and SPC tools is required to ensure quality and process control in our core manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 15+ years of core, hands-on experience in an iron casting foundry (Grey Iron / Ductile Iron) is mandatory.
• Fluent English, Hindi, Gujarati - read, write & speak.
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in iron metallurgy, no-bake molding systems, spectrometer analysis, and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
