Job summary

Kunstocom (india) Limited in India is seeking an experienced manufacturing specialist to analyze and improve injection molding workflows, drive automation, and propel digitization across the plant.

You will track machine utilization, downtime, and OEE, propose cost-saving materials and energy options, educate teams on lean practices, and implement smart factory systems with IoT, dashboards, robots and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve injection molding workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time.
• Drive innovation, automation, and digitization in manufacturing.
• Research and propose new technologies, materials, or methods to improve product and process performance.
• Track machine utilization, downtime, and maintenance to maximize performance.
• Suggest cost-effective alternatives for materials, energy, and labor without compromising quality.
• Educate team members on new processes, equipment, and innovative practices.
• Drive innovation, automation, and digitization in manufacturing.
• Apply Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM for process improvement.
• Introduce robots, conveyors, SPMs, and jigs for automation.
• Implement smart factory systems (IoT, dashboards, Robots, Conveyors, CFSs etc.
• Track and improve machine utilization, OEE, downtime, and maintenance.
• Suggest cost-saving measures in materials, energy, and manpower.
• Train teams on new processes, automation, and lean practices.
• Maintain SOPs, reports, and project documentation.
