Job summary

Omniactive Health Technologies in India seeks a Sr. Partner - Indirect Purchase to lead material and services sourcing for manufacturing and operations, including Capex, solvents, PL consumables, SLAs, and rate contracts.

You will manage supplier performance, budgets, and on-time delivery while partnering with PPIC, D&R, and accounts teams. In this senior role you will drive annual sourcing plans, onboard new suppliers, prepare import and domestic POs, and develop MIS for indirect procurement,

Qualifications

• Post Graduate qualification required.
• Certifications in Materials Management preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement or related field.

Responsibilities

• Source materials and services for Capex, solvents, plant consumables, SLAs, and rate contracts.
• Develop annual contracts for materials and services where possible.
• Onboard new suppliers and support annual budgeting for material requirements.
• Prepare import and domestic POs and supervise procurement processes.
• Create monthly and annual sourcing plans and MIS for indirect procurement.

Job Purpose & Scope:

Responsible for purchasing the materials and services required to support manufacturing and operations. This includes Capex, Solvents, Plants Consumables, SLAs, Rate Contracts etc.

Accountability Result Indicator

Accountabilities:

• Quality of material purchased
• Purchase cost budget vs actual
• On time delivery of materials & services
• No. of new supplier on boarded
• Feedback from internal stakeholders

Key Accountabilities :

• Source of material such as Capex, Solvents, Plant Consumables, samples of NPD extracts for D&R & Quality, Stationery, Agri ingredients etc. from selected suppliers
• Arriving to annual contracts for materials / services wherever possible
• Support in onboarding new suppliers for materials and services whenever required
• Support in preparation of annual budget related to material requirement
• Create monthly and annual sourcing planning
• Prepare import POs and supervising domestic POs
• Prepare MIS for indirect procurement
• Performance monitoring of Members and Sr. Members in terms of PR

closures

• Co-ordinating with PPIC, production and sales team for monthly forecasting of material requirement quantities
• Co-ordinate with D&R for new product development and arrange material samples required by them.
• Co-ordinate with the logistics team to follow up on domestic and import materials ordered
• Follow up with accounts department on import and domestic procurement payments
• Support in monitoring supplier performance & escalated in case of any

issues

• Monitor price changes on a continuous basis & share the updates with the Lead Purchase
• Manage bills and documents & ensure proper auditing for materials

acquired

• Update bills and documents in the system & share with the respective stakeholders
• Process improvement and enhancement wherever required
