Job summary

Helmerich & Payne seeks an Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with 12+ years in Finance/ERP, covering Oracle EBS and Fusion. You will leverage deep knowledge of INV, SCM, AP, GL, AR, PA, and BI tools to design and implement integrated cloud and on-premises solutions.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with Overall 12+ years of Finance/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS and Fusion. We are looking for a Techno-Functional person who has real-time hands-on technical experience and/or Functional knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle modules (such as INV, SCM, AP, PA, GL, AR, FA) and expertise in tools such as OIC, OTBI, BI Publisher.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Fusion Technical with background of EBS developments on all RICE components
• Expertise in Fusion Cloud implementations, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle APIs, and OIC
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Stakeholders to design and develop solutions meeting business requirements.
• Design and develop Oracle Fusion Cloud extensions, conversions, integrations, and reports.
• Create reports and dashboards for reporting and analytics business needs.
• Design and build integrations between Oracle and other On-Premises and Cloud Applications
• Good to have knowledge on extensions using appropriate tools for Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data by implementing data validation, data cleansing, and data governance processes.
• Design & implement efficient data models and schemas to support data analysis, reporting, and visualization needs.
• Designing technical solutions based on business requirements, which may involve developing RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components using tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, and Reports.
• Customizing Oracle EBS modules to fit organizational processes and workflows.
• This may include forms personalization and developing custom schema objects.
• Handling vast amounts of data efficiently, using data analysis skills to support decision-making, and familiarity with data migration and transformation.
• Investigating, researching, and resolving production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Integration and Interface Development: Designing and developing interfaces with other systems.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for configurations, customizations, procedures, and test cases.
• Experience in developing in Oracle Fusion Cloud – Application Composer, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming.
• Experience with SQL, JSON and XML data interchange formats for scalable, high-availability API integrations.
• Experience working with Oracle API’s as well as REST/SOAP Web Services, Oracle APIs, FBDI, and ADFdi
• Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP applications OR home‑grown web applications using Software development lifecycle methodologies, agile delivery methods, and DevOps.
• Skilled in ESS Jobs, Flex Fields (DFF, EFF, KFF), Lookups, Value sets, and Fusion Apps functional setup manager configurations
• Proficient in Fusion-based Integration development utilizing OIC.
• Understanding basic Oracle Fusion architecture such as Oracle naming and set up conventions, file system layout, server architecture, etc.
• Experience using My Oracle Support, OTN and other Oracle-provided support resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS experience as Techno Functional
• 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Strong understanding of Finance (AP, AR, PA, GL, FA) and Manufacturing, SCM.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud quarterly release testing and validation processes.
• Strong Programming knowledge in SQL, PLSQL, OAF, BIP and OIC.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certification in Reporting/BI or Oracle Cloud modules.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification
• Knowledge of REST APIs for data extraction from Fusion.
• Previous experience in agile or DevOps environments.
