Job summary

H&P is seeking an experienced ERP Developer to design, develop, and maintain reports with emphasis on integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will master Oracle Fusion modules (Manufacturing, SCM, INV, GL, AP, PA) and implement solutions with OIC, APEX, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and OAC. Location: Noida/Goa.

Work model: Hybrid. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle ERP solutions and ensure data integrity and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting development.
• Hands-on experience with BIP, OTBI, FRS and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models in Manufacturing, SCM, Financials.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports using Oracle Fusion components.
• Develop integration solutions with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP Cloud.
• Design PAAS/APEX applications and migrate legacy apps to APEX.
• Integrate Fusion with REST/SOAP and other enterprise systems.
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimizations.
• Assist in upgrades/patching of Oracle Fusion Middleware.

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer to design, develop, and maintain reports and expertise in integrations, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (such as Manufacturing, INV, SCM, AP, PA, GL) and expertise in tools such as OIC, APEX, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle Fusion Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
  • Customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications as per business requirements.
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Providing strong Oracle ERP technical expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, SCM, INV, GL, AP and PA modules/interfaces.
  • Develop integration points between Oracle Fusion applications and other enterprise systems.
• APEX Development:
  • Designing PAAS solutions
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Application Express applications for internal and external use.
  • Migrate legacy applications to APEX, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Utilize PL/SQL and SQL for backend database operations and APEX application logic.
  • Implement dynamic actions, validations, and custom plugins in APEX applications.
• System Integration:
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
  • Participating in client meetings and presentations to discuss integration solutions and provide demonstrations
  • Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Oracle Fusion and other applications.
  • Technical coordination with third party service providers for Oracle application issues and code migrations
• Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion, APEX applications.
  • Monitor application performance and implement necessary optimizations.
  • Assist in the upgrade and patching of Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
    

Documentation and Training

• Documentation and Training:
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation for developed applications.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance on integration, best practices, patterns and methodologies
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and other developers on Oracle Fusion, and APEX best practices.
  • Support UAT, deployments, and provide training/documentation to end-users.
    

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting development.
• Hands‑on experience with: BIP, OTBI, FRS and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) – optional but preferred
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models (e.g., Manufacturing, SCM, and Financials).
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and Excel‑based analytics tools.
• Familiarity with security roles and data access in Oracle Fusion.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Leverage prebuilt adapters (REST, SOAP, ERP, HCM, DB, FTP, etc.) to connect systems and services
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle certification in Reporting/BI or Oracle Cloud modules.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Certification
• Knowledge of REST APIs for data extraction from Fusion.
• Previous experience in agile or DevOps environments.
