Job summary

AKGEC Skills Foundation - Technology Business Incubator (ASF-TBI) invites applications for the role of Incubation Manager. The incumbent will oversee day-to-day incubator operations, support startups and innovators, and help grow the startup ecosystem in ASF-TBI by coordinating with mentors, investors, industries and government agencies.

The role requires hands-on program management, strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and experience with government-backed incubation schemes.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship, business development or project management.
• Experience with government-supported incubation programmes and related compliance activities.
• Good understanding of startups, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Job Overview

The Incubation Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of incubator, supporting startups and innovators, and developing the startup ecosystem at ASF-TBI. The role will involve interaction with startups, mentors, investors, industries and government agencies.
