Job summary

REVA University seeks an Assistant Manager – Pre-Incubation to drive the early-stage incubation ecosystem. You will coordinate programs, organize events, and foster industry–academia collaborations while supporting startups with grants, proposals, and submissions.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in incubation or related roles, strong program and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for entrepreneurship education and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• PGDM/MBA in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong understanding of the startup, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Expertise in incubation processes, program management, and event coordination.
• Proficiency in proposal writing, grant documentation, reporting, and data management.
• Effective training, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and networking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-incubation and startup incubation activities for students, faculty, and external entrepreneurs.
• Coordinate Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs), innovation initiatives, and startup mentoring activities.
• Organize innovation conclaves, startup summits, hackathons, ideathons, workshops, and related events.
• Facilitate industry-academia collaborations and stakeholder engagement within the innovation ecosystem.
• Assist startups in YUKTI applications, grant proposals, funding applications, startup competitions, and related submissions.
• Support IIC activities, ranking management, compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.
• Create awareness on government startup schemes, innovation programs, and funding opportunities.
• Maintain startup databases, incubation records, progress trackers, and impact reports.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, event reports, ecosystem reports, and management dashboards.
• Coordinate with mentors, industry experts, investors, government agencies, and startup ecosystem partners.
• Monitor startup progress and support incubation program execution.
