The Inclusive Learning Support Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will provide individualized classroom and school-based support to neurodiverse children, helping them participate meaningfully in mainstream learning environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with academic tasks, facilitating social and communication skills, supporting behavior regulation, and adapting learning materials in collaboration with teachers and special educators. The role involves closely observing student needs, implementing agreed support plans, documenting progress, and communicating regularly with educators, therapists, and families. The Inclusive Learning Support Assistant will also contribute to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture aligned with Insighte’s evidence-based practices.
