The ERP Full-Stack Developer willlead the design, customization, integration,and delivery of enterprise solutions within the CIMMYT ERP ecosystem. The role ensures that applications are scalable, secure, and aligned withorganizationalneeds, supportingboth operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Strong integration skills are essential, including the ability to connect Dynamics 365 modules (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bl, Dataverse) with external systems throughAPls,connectors,andmiddleware.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

• Lead the design, customization, and extension of Dynamics 365 applications and modules (Finance, SupplyChain, CustomerEngagement)tomeetbusinessrequirements.

• Designanddeliverend-to-endsolutionsusingthePowerPlatform(PowerApps,Power Automate, PowerBl, Dataverse), ensuringseamlessintegrationwiththeCIMMYTERP ecosystemandexternalsystems.

• Develop plugins, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript ,SQL ,RESTAPls and connectors.

• CollaboratewithbusinessstakeholdersandUX/UIdesignerstogatherrequirementsand deliver intuitive, user-friendly applications.

Data & Analytics Integration

• CollaboratecloselywiththeDataandAnalyticsSpecialisttodesign,integrate,and optimize reporting and analytics solutionsusingMicrosoftFabric,ensuringaccurate, consistent,andaccessibledataacrosstheERPecosystem.

• OverseedatamigrationandensuredataintegrityacrossERPandPowerPlatform solutions.

Security & Governance

• Managesecurityroles,permissions,andgovernanceacrossDynamics365andintegrated systems to ensure compliance,dataprotection,andcontrolledaccess.

• ApplyApplicationLifecycleManagement(ALM),DevOpspractices,andorganizational standards to ensure scalability,security,andmaintainability.

System Administration & Optimization

• OverseesystemadministrationtasksacrossERPandPowerPlatformsolutions.

• Providetechnicalsupport,troubleshootissues,anddocumenttechnicaldesigns,configurations, andcustomizations forknowledge sharing.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• StayupdatedwithMicrosoft'sroadmapandproactivelyadoptnewfeaturesand innovations to enhancesolutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,orarelatedfield.

• Microsoft certificationspreferred: Dynamics365: FinanceandOperationsAppsDeveloperAssociate ,Power Platform Developer Associate

• Provenexperience (Minimum of 7 years inDynamics365development,customization,andsystem administration, workingwithMicrosoftFabricasaunifieddataandanalyticsplatform,includingdataintegration, governance, and advancedreporting, ExperiencewithMicrosoftAzureservices(LogicApps,Functions,ServiceBus)and DevOps practices.

• Demonstratedabilitytomanagesecurityroles,permissions,andcomplianceacrossERP and integratedsystems.
