• Understanding of platform-level integration of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd-Party Payroll and other systems.
• Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central.

Responsibilities

• Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customer
• Must have good knowledge and hands‑on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
• Create an absence time type and a time account type.
• Enable the assignment of time off master data to employees
• Must have independently led the design workshops for customer
• Must have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practices
• Must have a good understanding of platform‑level integration of other modules with Employee Central.
• Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific location
• Must have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform
• Must know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rdParty Payroll and other systems
• Must have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
