Job summary

PwC India is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to join its Finance team in the Advisory practice. The role focuses on implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle EBS modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and EBTax.

Ideal candidates will gather business requirements, translate them into functional specs, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure robust integrations and compliance with best practices.

Responsibilities

Experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant to join our finance team.

• Minimum 1 implementation/support project experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and EBTax.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Ensure financial systems and processes are designed and maintained in accordance with industry best practices and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise applications.
• Work with technical teams on interfaces, conversions, reports, and customizations.
• Coordinate with other functional tracks on accounting and financial impacts of business transactions, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and related processes.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and post-production validation.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and EBTax in Oracle EBS.
• Strong understanding of Finance business processes and accounting concepts.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user training.

Preferred Skill Sets

• Experience in Hypercare/AMS support post go-live.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
