Job summary

OSI Digital is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to support new implementations and ongoing ERP projects. The role requires a self-starter attitude, independent work style, and the ability to provide best-practice recommendations.

The candidate should be proficient across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, and related modules, with hands-on data migration and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
• End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
• Experience with data migration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with interfaces and reconciliations in Oracle Finance.
• Experience with CRP1, CRP2, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Understand current business operations and finance processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Finalize solution footprints and prepare Fit-Gap Analysis documentation for integrations.
• Configure Oracle EBS Financial modules based on business requirements.
• Handle data migration for Payables, Assets, and GL Trial Balances using FBDI and ADF templates.
• Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio.
• Work with technical and integration teams on interfaces, transaction flows, and reconciliation.
• Conduct CRP1, CRP2, and UAT.
• Prepare setup documents, functional design documents, and test scripts.
• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS and Fusion Finance modules.
• Contribute to ERP practice building and provide best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience across AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, Dubai VAT, and AGIS.
• End-to-end implementation experience in Oracle EBS Finance.
• Hands-on experience with data migration.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and client demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Finance and third-party systems/SAP.
• Experience with interface design, transaction flows, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting validation.
• Ability to work closely with technical and integration teams to analyze and resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Supply Chain modules is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Oracle Implementation Certification.

• Has never worked directly with clients.
• Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience.
• Has no end-to-end implementation experience.
• Requires continuous supervision to manage functional activities.
