Job summary

PwC in Pune, India is seeking a senior associate to lead quality engineering for ServiceNow IRM within the GRC program. The role focuses on risk-based testing, domain expertise in IRM, and leadership of test teams across tool ecosystems.

You will drive test strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure robust testing coverage for compliance and risk reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with GRC domain: Risk Management, Compliance, Risk Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
• 2+ years in leadership role to manage GRC Program Team.
• Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies and test lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps integration and ATF is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage end-to-end test scenarios for each Tower within the GRC program.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and process leads to convert user stories into test cases.
• Design and maintain test plans, strategies, and data sets for 1LOD–3LOD.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
• Promote improvements to test strategy and automation coverage.
• Support CI/CD/automation integration and DevOps alignment.

Servicenow Test Lead, quality engineering

We are looking for Test Lead to join GRC team. This role requires strong leadership skill and domain skill on IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting.

Responsibilities:

Experience: 2-9 Years ( Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow Domain- especially in ServiceNow IRM and 2 years in leadership role)

• Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes, and identify required test coverage.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
• Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration.
• Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline.

Mandatory skill sets:

4+ years of hands-on experience with GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance Management, Risk Reporting and Enterprise Data Management

• 2+ years of experience in leadership role to manage GRC Program Team
• Strong understanding of agile testing methodologies, Jira/Azure DevOps integration, and test lifecycle
